Villa Atraides is an enviroment for hetrosexual couples. ( This is NOT a swingers club ). The villa is also suitable for single women - it is an escape from the usual hotel setup and NO KIDS anywhere, set in naturally private surroundings on its own hillside near the picturesque village of Pelekas. The views are beautiful and the location is excellent - ideal for exploring the island. A short 10 minute drive puts you on the Mirtiotissa beach - one of the most stunning beaches in Europe - which has been a popular nude beach for many years. Another favourite for naturists is Arilas, about a 45 minute drive to the north west coast. Corfu town, with all its hustle and bustle and cosmopolitan atmosphere, is about 15 minutes to the east.
Our idea for this 'adult ' type of holiday came to us ( Del & Julie ) after discovering that we needed a break from the kids and would love to spend time on a nude beach and then be able to carry on the feeling of freedom back at our accommodation. Well here at the Villa Atraides you can, and along with other like minded adults you can be yourselves without the petty restrictions that most places have.
The Villa Atraides has the feel of private villa but with seperate bedrooms. There are only four double bedrooms accommodating 8 adults which makes it very exclusive. Each private bedroom has its own bath or shower room so each couple can enjoy their own space if they wish to. There is a large kitchen and breakfast room plus a tastfully decorated lounge ( all leather ) for everyones use, plus balconies and outside patio areas so you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast in the great outdoors. Each bedroom has its own fridge for those long hot summer nights..
All rooms have stunning private views. The bathrooms are typically ' un-Greek '!
The grounds are naturally Greek with fruit trees, olives, oaks, and tropical palms and yukkas.
It is of course possible to book the whole Villa This we offer if you are a group or family, a minimum age of 14 is applicable in this instance. Please review the price structure.
There is ample parking and very flexible arrival and departure times, we do not have specific days of the week to start and finish your stay, however it is subject to availability. Minimum stay is two nights with no maximum and off season stays can be very reasonably priced.

After you have explored the grounds you will find the 'Pool area' which can only be described as ' beautiful ' The pool is 75' ( 22m ) x 22' ( 7m ) kidney shaped with its own island. There are spectacular views and many different plant aromas to enjoy. Sun lounges and umbrellas for every couple to complete the atmosphere. Its a great place to meet your fellow guests.
Corfu is the most northerly of the Ionian Islands and is 35 miles long and approximately 15 miles wide. At the northern center, is 'Mount Pantocrator' with a height of just over 1000 meters. The NE coast is made up of secluded bays, pretty fishing villages, gently shelving beaches and sparkling clear waters. The dramatic west coast, with its high cliffs and long sweeping sandy beaches, is a complete contrast.
